Shipping Policy

We at Rati Ayurveda endeavor to serve our customers a wholesome experience through our trusted Logistics providers. It takes us 1 to 3 working days (except for public holidays & Sundays) to dispatch your orders. 

The delivery of the product depends upon the city in which the product has to be delivered and the availability of the product in our stock. A General delivery timeline is mentioned below:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-12 business days.
  • International Locations: 12-21 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic Orders:We ship products throughout India. Free shipping is available for all orders above a value of INR 999.
  • International Orders:We offer free international shipping for all orders above US $200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Applicable Custom Duty / Clearing charges etc if any, will be shared by the logistic service provider at the time of delivery (Depending on the country-specific Government Import/customs policies) which will have to be paid directly by the customer to the logistics service Provider. Please find below the terms and conditions about Custom and Handling charges-

  • Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty /Import Duty/Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country, which the customers will directly pay to the logistic service provider. 
  • Check the tentative Customs Duty / Import Duty / or any other applicable government taxes and Import Policy of your country on the respective government portals.
  • The Import duty/local taxes and clearing charges etc will have to be borne by the customer. Rati Ayurveda does not take any responsibility for Custom clearance or payment of any Import duty/local taxes etc. All such taxes/duties or clearing/handling charges are to the buyer’s account & the buyer must get the goods cleared by the local Customs department /Government agencies. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
  • If the buyer refuses to pay the applicable Import/Customs duty or any other Local taxes etc or fails to get the goods cleared from the Customs/Local government authorities upon its arrival in the destination country, no refunds can be processed in any circumstances. We strongly recommend the buyer to clarify the Import duty or any other applicable taxes in your country or restriction to import these products in your country, before placing your orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

We at Rati Ayurveda accept the following modes of payment:

  • All major Domestic and international Credit cards are accepted (Visa, Masters, Rupay, American Express, etc).
  • All major Domestic and international Debit cards are accepted (Visa, Masters, ICICI, etc).
  • PAYPAL 
  • ALL UPI ID & QR CODE 
  • BANK TRANSFER
  • Cash On Delivery is available only for orders within India.

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for domestic orders less than INR 4,999/
  • In case of your unavailability or change in your delivery address, please suggest an alternative address or contact number at connect@ratiayurveda.com within 24 hours of placing your order for successful delivery.
  • If a COD order is returned due to the buyer’s unavailability or any other reason, re-shipment will only be done against advance payment for this order.
  • If a customer refuses to take the delivery of a COD order more than twice, he/she will no longer be eligible for COD for all future orders. However, such customers are free to avail the prepaid order option on our website.
  • All claims for shortages (missing items) or delivery of damaged products must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly write to us at connect@ratiayurveda.com within the aforementioned time frame with proof ( Images and unboxing video) of damage in case of reporting damaged products.
  • Rati Ayurveda will not be responsible for any claim raised concerning damages or missing products post 24 hours of delivery.
  • Change in Shipping/billing address or modifications to the placed order can only be made if the ordered products are not delivered to the Logistics service provider for delivery. No changes can be made once the orders are booked for delivery by our logistic service provider.
